How do I contact Novar Factory?

Where can I find my order?
Open Account & orders to review your saved test orders and their status. This preview does not create physical shipments or tracking numbers.
What if an item is incorrect or damaged?
Physical orders are not enabled yet. For a test order, review its items in your account and cancel it if eligible. Live claims and return instructions will be available before launch.
Where can I view a Certificate of Analysis?
Choose a product and select View COA in its documentation section. The viewer will display the signed PDF for the selected size and lot once genuine Novar reports have been added. Reports are currently pending.
Are there BOGO or quantity offers?
Eligible products show their BOGO and quantity offers on the product page. The cart calculates available savings automatically. Review the final total before placing a test order.
Can you provide dosing or medical advice?
No. Novar materials are intended solely for qualified laboratory research. Our calculators perform concentration and aliquot arithmetic; they do not provide human or animal dosing recommendations.
How does shipping work?
Test checkout estimates standard shipping at $12.00, free at a discounted merchandise subtotal of $200. Express is $19.95. No shipment is created in this preview.
What happens if a test payment is declined?
Your cart stays saved. Return to checkout and select the successful test outcome to try again. No card information or real payment is collected.
